The Lamar County Board of Education Administration Building is a 1 story, pre-engineered metal building with an exterior consisting of brick veneer and stucco. The project included the construction of a new 17,000 square foot building along as an addition to an existing building. The work also included the interior build-out of the existing building including all HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems. The front entry that towers above the facility is constructed with conventional steel framing and finished on the exterior with stucco. The interior consists of men’s and women’s bathrooms, offices, a board room and a conference room.
