The 119,500 SF, single story, H.G. Weaver Middle School is nestled in a populated residential district and anchors the community it serves. This historical school is home to over 900 students with over fifty teachers, and disruptions to this active campus learning environment had to be minimized during the multi-phase renovation project.

At the outset of the project, our team developed an aggressive four phase project schedule so that the students’ learning experience would not be interrupted. As part of this schedule, we made a commitment to the owner that we would deliver the first phase of the project within nine weeks so that these areas would be available to their students when the summer break was over, and classes resumed.

We delivered this renovation four months ahead of schedule.
