The new 40,000 square foot facility is constructed to match the existing church building including brick veneer, windows and stucco accents. The intricate architectural details of the existing church were duplicated on the Family Life Center to keep continuity between the two structures.

Inside, the multi-purpose room was constructed with an elevated stage and a control booth for youth productions. The gym is a full-sized basketball court which supports Upward Sports and includes six motorized retractable goals, motorized drop curtain, sound panels and high performance sports flooring. The gym also serves as a storm shelter and can be served by a generator complete with automatic power transfer switches.

The second floor is accessible by either an elevator or stairs and includes an elevated walking track suspended from the structure. Additionally, there are twelve classrooms, kitchen, storage and access to the elevated walkway connector between the two buildings.
