Established in 1990, ICB was founded with an unwavering dedication to delivering comprehensive construction management services that contribute to the betterment of our community. Fueled by a passion for excellence and a mission to elevate the places we call home, our foundation rests on decades of industry knowledge and expertise. ICB has successfully completed over $600 million worth of commercial, municipal, religious, and educational construction projects across Georgia. By continually implementing best practices, ensuring successful timely delivery, and fostering continued growth, ICB has solidified its position as a leader in Georgia’s construction industry.

Founder & Partner
Ronnie Blalock is the owner of ICB Construction Group in Macon, GA. Originally from Murphy, North Carolina, Ronnie co-founded ICB in Macon with his late business partner, Daryl Long. After working together in the construction industry for several years, Ronnie and Daryl realized the opportunity to serve clients with exceptional, high-quality construction services. They officially formed ICB Construction Group in 1990.
Ronnie is a licensed general contractor in the state of Georgia and has served as the past president of the Houston County Home Builders. He is currently the Home Builders chairman responsible for the completion of Habitat for Humanity homes.
Ronnie is married to his wife, Deborah, who supported him in is decision to start ICB Construction Group. Together they have two sons who are both superintendents for the company.
Ronnie is an involved member of the community and volunteers for organizations like the Houston County Student Bass Federation.

Kenna Scragg is the president at ICB Construction Group in Macon, GA. A native of New Smyrna Beach, FL, Kenna earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction from the University of Florida and holds Certification in Management in Lean Construction. He is also a licensed general contractor in Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina. Throughout his career, Kenna has focused on the Construction Management and Design Build markets, specializing in K-12, Higher Education, and Government Institutions. As president at ICB, Kenna provides leadership and guidance in areas like project management, field supervision, estimating, and preconstruction. He is a hands-on leader, often managing special projects and working through the details as the projects progress.
Kenna is the proud father of Jackson, Rachel, Gavin, Katie, and Kensley. He is also an involved member of his community, serving on the Cherry Blossom Board of Directors and the W.S. Hutchings College and Career Academy Governance Board of Directors.
